Very good series that spans the entire graduate level curriculum. The Standard Model includes the electromagnetic, strong and weak forces and all their carrier particles, and explains well how these forces act on all of the matter particles. Fineness of the Ni powder may help H atoms to fuse with ease causing more number of Ni-H fusions. The very current state of the classification of all elementary particles is explained by the Standard Model.

Seaborg were awarded, again with a Chemistry Prize (in 1951). It also gives an account of some more general physics history. The honor is bestowed on faculty members who are exceptional educators and mentors and demonstrate outstanding dedication to their work.
